Story Summary:

When pirates take over a luxury yacht, Horatio's team investigates the murder of Derek  Powell's

fiance. But their case is side tracked when Delko, who has evidence agains KEN TABER, their

prime suspect, is thrown in jail by the INS for failing to address the issue of his forged birth

certificate.  Delko's future is threatened just as his relationship with Calleigh moves to the

next level.
