September 2008:
Be sure to watch Johnny's guest starring appearance this Wednesday October 1 on NBC tv's
"Knight Rider" . The episode is titled "Journey to the end of the knight". Mike reunites with a
former army buddy (Johnny Messner) to bring down a drag racing gang that is smuggling weapons
overseas. Sara joins Mike and Kitt on this dangerous under cover mission much to her fathers
dismay. .. This episode will also repeat on Saturday Oct. 4th on NBC... It is interesting to note that
Sara is played by Deanna Russo, who Johnny also worked with in "Believers", and the voice of Kitt
is none other than that of Val Kilmer, who Johnny worked with in "Spartan".
"Ring of Death" will air on Spike Tv Friday October 17th, check with your local listings for the time.

"The Art of Travel" is available to rent or own Tuesday September 2nd everywhere. This is a smart, funny
independent film gorgeously shot. The story centers on a young man ( Conner Lane) who calls of his wedding
and hops a flight to Central America, finding adventure with a ragtag group who attempt to cross the Darien
Gap in record time. Johnny has a great part as expedition leader Christopher Loren. This is a must see film for
Johnny fans. Please support independent filmmaking and buy yourself a copy of "The Art of Travel." Many
July 2008: The people behind "Corrado", actress Candace Elaine (who plays Julia) and director
Adamo Cultraro, have been really great and are allowing me to post several of their photos from the set.
Also just learned that Johnny will guest star in an episode of "Knight Rider".

Johnny is currently working on "Corrado", an action/crime drama about a ruthless
mafia hit man who is transformed when he rescues a woman who takes the fall for one
of his hits.
You can view RP May 9th at the Delray Beach Film Festival, May 17th at the Jacksonville
International Film Festival and June 7th at the Boston International Film Festival.
"Undercover" the Law and Order SVU episode that Johnny filmed aired April 15th

Watch for the "Loaded" dvd release Tuesday March 25, 2008. Johnny
has a role as "Javon" a trigger happy, foul mouthed, bad ass thug.
Keep an eye on the NBC tv series "Law & Order SVU" for a guest
appearance by Johnny this spring. All I know about "Death Match"
so far is that it will be on Spike tv.
There is a special message for fans of Johnny on the Message Board
3/4/08 from the "Art of Travel" folks". The film is currently making the rounds
at several film festivals, including April 4th at both the Phoenix and Philadelphia
JMO is currently going through several updates and new grafics, so please hang
in with the changes. Thanks to Martini designs for the current main page design.

Johnny has a great role in the 2hr finale of "Burn Notice" tonight on the USA network. He plays Glen
Harrick, all around bad guy and heroine Smuggler. The series airs at 9pm eastern and repeats at midnight.

I was just informed that they are trying to get "Remarkable Power" into the Sundance film festival.

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer as much as I am! Here are the updates:
According to the IMDB Johnny is NO longer involved with "Small Town Saturday Night"
Johnny was out and about in Santa Monica CA July 13th for the
Rock & Republic 5th anniversary Party. He is pictured with Kari Feinstein.
The IMDB list Johnny currently working on "Small Town Saturday Night" playing Tommy Carson, the
town deputy. Principal Photography began July 7th and writer director Ryan Craig describes the plot summary as:
The ebb and flow of small town life reaches a boiling point on a hot summer Saturday night: Just days before leaving for
Nashville, RHETT RYAN discovers that the desire to follow his dream conflicts with his desire to be with the woman he loves.
While SAMANTHA does love the singer-songwriter, she starts to realize what's best for her daughter and their future may not
be what's best for him. TOMMY CARSON works around the clock to keep the peace in Prospect, but DONNY, who is on a downward
spiral, makes this even more difficult for the deputy. And poor little LES just wants to fit in with his big brother's friends, but his

"Believers" had a red carpet premiere June 21 in St Paul Minn in which Johnny attended along with
Director Dan & Julia Myrick. Mr. Messner won the festival's "Best Actor" award, CONGRATULATIONS JOHNNY!

March 2007:
3/30: Johnny will participate on a panel with Director Daniel Myrick and co-star Deanne Russo at
the Fangoria Convention. "Belivers" will also be previewed at the Convention, which runs May 18-20
in Burbank Ca. Here is the unique opportunity to see Johnny in person at the con and even ask him a

3/6: Conner Layne, the main character in "The Art of Travel" now has a myspace page so
board of the official webstite you can read all about how Johnny got the part as well as being
bit by a spider out in the jungle that swelled to the size of a golf ball.
February 2007:
2/26 Got word that "Remarkable Power" will play at the Cannes film festival around April/May. With "The Art of Travel" also
playing there wish I could make the trip!
2/23: I have Confirmed Information that Johnny has just be cast as a lead in ABC's drama pilot "Judy's got a gun", about a woman who
seeks to balance her life as a single mom and her job as a suburban detective solving unusual crimes. Johnny will play Detective
Gavin Lynch. The pilot will be shooting soon and then it is wait and see for news if it will be picked up for a weekly tv series.
June 1 2007 is the air date at this time, but it is always subject to change.
"Believers " is scheduled to be released by Time Warner Video June 19th. This accoriding to a statement on the Believers myspace page.
Birthday Cards for Shane

... some people and I in my parenting class are helping organize a birthday cards for shane, shane is this little boy in
Lancaster Ontario Canada, he is turning eight years old and is dying of cancer, his condition is A.L.L. ( Acute Lympoblastic Leukemia),
and as his final wish he wants to make it into the guiness world record book for most birthday cards received. So we are trying

November 2006
Very good news on the Johnny front! A lot to report for this month. Johnny has been very busy with
FIVE films on the Horizon.
The first week of November Johnny completed shooting the comedy " Remarkable Power " The story
is about a late night talk show host (Tom Arnold) who goes through all lengths to bring his cancelled show
back on the air. Johnny plays Dale, a professional baseball player and the last guest booked on the talk show.
This film is in post-production with a 2007 release.
Johnny is now filming the feature film " Loaded " , an action/crime/drama/thriller on location in L.A.
The film stars Jessie Metcalf (Desperate Houewife's) who plays character whose life takes a downward
spiral into a world of drugs, sex and violence. Johnny say's he sports a large mohawk for this role, and
that if you thought "Tombs" from "Running Scared" was a bad ass, wait until you see this guy that he plays!
Currently in Post Production:
" Believers " - most likely a direct to video release sometime in 2007.
" The Art of Trave l" - Johnny spent 3 weeks in Panama for his role in this adventure film. He plays Christopher
Loren, with his wife Darlene being played by Brook Burns. The official website is not active yet at:
" Caught on Tape" - I don't have much info on this one, but Johnny did say we will hear him rap, so for
that alone I am looking forward to this one. The plot is based on a little boy using his video camera ( a
birthday present) to spy on is mother's boyfriend who is plotting a crime.

Created a new Message Board at Ezboard, so we will have to start over with all of
our post. If the old board gets back online and it is possible to transfer our old post
I will work on doing that.
On December 10, 2005 Johnny attended the Playstation BANDtogether charity event.

The Mesage Board is down again & the guy who runs it does not have an eta for it to be back up yet.
This has happened 4 times so far, so I am currently seeking out a new forum ideas and we may
have to start again. I will keep you posted.
The news is not good. Fox has cancelled "Killer Instict" and it is uncertain if the episodes already
filmed will air. Dec 2 may be the last airdate of the tv series.

Fox has ordered 3 additional episodes of "Killer Instinct".
Johnny may or may not be on "Lost". According to the IMDB, it list Johnny playing the character
"Lars" on the November 30th episode of "LOST" Titled "Lone Wolf". However the Lost website list
the Nov 30th episode as "What Kate Did" with no mention of Johnny.

It's official, Fox has picked up the pilot for "Deviant Behavior" and it will be a fall tv series.
